Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary by product, supplier, and destination. Most orders are delivered within approximately 7–20 business days after shipment. Some orders may arrive sooner, while others may take longer due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Because some products may ship directly from our suppliers, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. We may also offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow several days after shipment for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
